Height & Weight are
important risk factors that insurance companies use to determine your rate
class. * Bench Mark Guidelines
This table can be used for
both male and female insures. Once again they are general in nature, but
do represent the allowable maximums for either Preferred Plus, Preferred,
or Standard rates from most companies. If your weight exceeds the maximum
shown here, use Standard rates in calculating your quote.

classify you (preferred plus, preferred, standard) based on medical and
personal issues. If you do not meet one or more of the requirements listed
in the preferred or preferred plus columns, please select Standard
classification when calculating your quotes.
IMPORTANT: Even
if you apply as a standard or preferred risk, our companies will offer
you their very best possible rates (preferred, preferred plus ) whenever
possible.
Generally a simplified physical exam is required to obtain most
types of term life insurance. The physical exam can be completed at your
home or other convenient location. The exam generally takes only about
15-30 minutes and is conducted by a licensed paramedical or medical
doctor. The exam generally involves a blood and urine specimen, blood
pressure reading, height and weight measurements, and a series of
questions regarding your medical history will be asked
If you have questions, please contact us and we
will provide you with additional information.
** Your classification will ultimately be determined by the underwriting
insurance company. Actual requirements will vary slightly from company to
company.
